Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Tiara Rivers, founder of FaithWorks Consulting LLC. I am a business strategist, Certified Grant Writer, and consultant dedicated to helping businesses, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations build strong operational foundations and sustainable strategies for growth.
My career has been built around leadership, structure, and execution. As a former U.S. Air Force Logistics Officer, I managed complex operations and learned how strong systems, strategic planning, and accountability drive successful outcomes. After my military service, I expanded those skills in the corporate sector as a Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where I supported operational improvements and strategic initiatives within a large financial institution.
Through FaithWorks Consulting, I now bring that experience to entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations that are ready to grow but need the structure, strategy, and guidance to move forward with confidence. My work focuses on helping leaders clarify their vision, improve operational efficiency, and align their organizations with their mission and long-term goals.
As a Certified Grant Writer, I also support nonprofits and mission-driven organizations in identifying funding opportunities and developing strong grant proposals that help bring their programs and community initiatives to life.
