Payment Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total project or service fee is required to secure all consultations, strategy sessions, workshops, retainers, and project bookings with FaithWorks Consulting LLC.

The remaining balance is due no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting, service date, project start date, or event.

Services will not begin until all required payments have been received in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All deposits and payments made to FaithWorks Consulting LLC are non-refundable.

Due to the time, preparation, strategic planning, scheduling, and resources allocated to each client engagement, no refunds will be issued for:

• Missed appointments
• Client cancellations
• Failure to provide required documentation
• Delayed communication from the client
• Change of mind after services have been booked or initiated

Clients may reschedule their appointment or service one (1) time without penalty if notice is provided at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled meeting or service date.

All rescheduled appointments must occur within thirty (30) days of the original scheduled date. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may require a new deposit at the discretion of FaithWorks Consulting LLC. Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of future services.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled meetings and consultations.

A late fee of fifty dollars ($50) may be applied if the client arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes late to a scheduled appointment.

If a client is more than twenty-five (25) minutes late without prior communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be canceled without refund. Meeting times may still end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival in order to respect other scheduled clients.

Failure to submit the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in:

• Cancellation of the appointment or project
• Delayed delivery of services
• Loss of the reserved time slot

FaithWorks Consulting LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for unpaid balances.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and agrees not to initiate chargebacks for scheduled consulting time, strategic planning, digital deliverables, or completed work provided by FaithWorks Consulting LLC.

For larger projects, ongoing consulting agreements, monthly retainers, or customized service packages, separate payment schedules and milestone terms may be outlined in the client’s individual service agreement or proposal.
